Cost – We will always strive to be highly competitive, but believe in providing what you require. Therefore we tailor our work to the level of commission you instruct. Our fees are pre-agreed, terms of engagement submitted in advance and there are no hidden extras.

Where will we work? – The Counties of Cambridgeshire/Essex/Hertfordshire and Suffolk are where our main expertise lies. Our headquarters are, by choice, a magnificent Grade II star listed building in the heart of the wonderful market town of Saffron Walden. However, please do not mistake our rural location for anything else; we are truly at the forefront of our profession and pushing surveying boundaries further again. Therefore, by arrangement and on the basis of ‘have car will travel’, will undertake commissions from North London to Norfolk’s coastline.
